Être responsable de l'adoption des produits et de la rétention du chiffre d'affaires net du portefeuille d'activités. Planifier et réaliser des revues d'activité trimestrielles et des plans de réussite. Surveiller les données d'utilisation des clients, les dates de mise en service, les indicateurs de santé et les traduire en stratégies de fidélisation et de croissance des comptes. Identifier et guider les clients dans leur parcours de mise à niveau, y compris les opportunités de croissance internes, et suggérer des produits/intégrations/services supplémentaires pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
