Description du poste Coordonner les activités liées aux comptes à payer et assurer leur enregistrement comptable conformément aux normes et procédures de l’entreprise. Effectuer le suivi des dossiers auprès des entreprises de services publics. Procéder à l’appariement des factures reçues avec les bons de commande et, au besoin, obtenir l’accusé de réception et/ou la preuve de livraison. Préparer les lots de factures à payer, saisir les données et vérifier l’exactitude des entrées. Acheminer les factures aux personnes responsables pour approbation et en assurer le suivi. Vérifier la justesse de la codification budgétaire des factures et valider l’imputation comptable auprès des responsables (analystes), s’il y a lieu. Contrôler les émissions de chèques informatiques (numéro de pièce, date, numéro de facture). Faire signer les chèques par les signataires autorisés et veiller à leur envoi dans les délais prévus. Communiquer avec les fournisseurs, gérer la correspondance et effectuer la conciliation des états de compte. Assurer la gestion du courrier, le classement et la mise à jour du fichier maître des fournisseurs. Préparer les écritures de journal mensuelles (corrections, charges à payer) et les soumettre au superviseur ou aux analystes pour vérification et approbation. Analyser et concilier les comptes à payer entre le Grand Livre et l’auxiliaire des comptes à payer, puis transmettre la conciliation au superviseur pour approbation. Participer à la formation des employé·e·s appelé·e·s à exécuter les responsabilités décrites ci-dessus. Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe ou générale liée à l’emploi ou requise par la fonction. Qualifications Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en techniques administratives, option finances ou comptabilité. Minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience pertinente en lien avec les responsabilités du poste.
