Business Development & Relationship Management Assess early to growth stage companies for potential partnership with the Firm. Demonstrate alignment and comprehension of our business and technology partners' priorities by identifying the most relevant disruptors and partners for the Firm. Align on approach on a portfolio of priority tech companies with relevant product owners and client-facing partners and drive to agreed outcomes inclusive of assessing strategic fit, evaluations, deal coverage, mentoring and driving to product decisions. Ensure successful client and vendor interactions including setting agenda, aligning on intended outcomes, identifying relevant participants and carrying out meetings and events. Handle and coordinate escalation of issues (contractual or operational) with vendors, ensuring suitable senior executives at the Firm and vendor are involved. What you’ll bring to the role: 9+ years of experience with hands-on technological/engineering experience in the field of AI, Applied AI, or Machine learning either at financial services organization or through consulting roles. At least a Bachelor degree in a relevant field. Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and generative models. Python, Julia, Java, C++, or other relevant programming experience. Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face. Experience with Modern MLOps platforms such as Azure ML, Sagemaker, Databricks MLFlow, Google Vertex AI, or Weights and Biases. Demonstrated knowledge of Applied AI skills such as prompt/context engineering, LLM integration, model evaluation, and validation. Awareness of Ethical AI including fairness, transparency, and responsible AI principles. Familiarity with data protection and AI regulations and standards such as GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act.
