Solide connaissance des lois du travail et des normes en milieu de travail au Canada. Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais (oral et écrit). Diplôme en relations industrielles, ressources humaines, droit ou équivalent. Certification en médiation, résolution de conflits ou domaine similaire (un atout).
