Description du poste  Sous la responsabilité du superviseur de production, l’assembleur-soudeur est responsable du bon déroulement de l’ensemble des tâches d’un projet, de la lecture des plans fournis par l’ingénierie jusqu’au chargement, en passant par l’ordonnancement des étapes de montages et des procédés de fabrication.   Volet technique  * Lire et interpréter les plans et devis; * Visualiser le projet afin de prévoir l’ordonnancement des étapes de montages ; * Gérer l’ordonnancement des étapes de soudure, usinage, polissage et nettoyage; * Procéder à l’assemblage et à la soudure des pièces d’acier inoxydable (GTAW, GMAW); * Superviser le travail des différents employés travaillant sur ses projets ; * Contrôler la qualité des soudures et la qualité du montage des équipements ; * Effectuer les tests mécaniques pour valider le bon fonctionnement des équipements; * Transmettre les informations relatives aux erreurs de production ou autres informations pertinentes au superviseur ; * Participer à toutes les tâches requises afin de compléter les équipements de l’assemblage à la livraison (polissage, nettoyage des soudures, emballage …).
