Déterminer des sujets de réunion potentiels en collaboration avec le surintendant.  Mettre en œuvre la stratégie de communication du district en matière de SSE sur les projets. Prévoir, reconnaître, évaluer et fournir des conseils sur l’identification des risques pour les sites de projet.  Participer aux processus d’identification des risques des bâtiments.  Utiliser la documentation contractuelle pour identifier les risques potentiels.  Diriger et mener des inspections en matière de SSE. Qualifications Solide connaissance pratique de la terminologie et des processus de construction.  Grande capacité à encadrer et mentorer les autres.  Solide connaissance pratique de la législation applicable en matière de SST et d’environnement.Évaluer les processus de SSE du projet et formuler des recommandations à cet égard.  Solides compétences en matière de planification, d’organisation et de gestion du temps afin d’établir efficacement les priorités et le calendrier des tâches.  Influencer et responsabiliser le personnel en matière de SSE. Résolution de conflits, avec la capacité de gérer et résoudre efficacement les conflits avec les entrepreneurs spécialisés, les superviseurs et les forces propres de PCL, et de les influencer pour assurer leur résolution.  Solides compétences en matière de communication et de présentation.  Capacité à élaborer et présenter des exposés de sensibilisation à la sécurité et sur des sujets connexes.  Capacité à établir, influencer et maintenir des relations efficaces avec les intervenants.
