The Business Analyst serves as the connector between business and development teams and translates business needs into technical requirements for the development teams in an agile environment. The Global CLM Platform is a multi-year program built in-house and includes processes like Partner and Account opening, KYC, Lead & Prospect Management, Client Investment Profile, Periodic Client Reviews, Client Risk Management and Document Management, in accordance with global business needs and local regulations. The Business Analyst for the Global-CLM implementation will be responsible for the derivation of business requirements that are feasible to be integrated into the global CLM application. This requires coordination with business stakeholders as well as gaining a profound understanding of structures, the organisation’s business and operating model, and the applicable regulatory requirements. Successful candidates have previous experience of implementing Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management processes and platforms, possess technical knowledge of CRM applications, an innovative mindset, are accomplished business analysts for medium to large projects. They are able to deal with ambiguity, drive for results, demonstrate courage and possess good decision quality. They are able to work with stakeholders remotely, create strong relationships and work effectively with scrum teams in Singapore, Switzerland, and Europe. The role will be located in Singapore.
