Work closely with Internal Audit to review and strengthen internal controls, implement recommendations and track resolution of audit observations. 3. Coordinate external audit exercise on funded recipients. This includes working with appointed external auditors and Internal Audit on audit scope, reviewing outcomes of audit and recommending process/policy improvements to strengthen governance. 4. Strengthen organisational governance of arts charities through development of organisational health framework and/or other relevant capability development programmes. 5. Manage Our Sg Grants (OSG) portal, which includes supporting both internal and external stakeholders in using the system and driving process improvements. 6.
