We are seeking a highly skilled Emirati Legal Counsel to join our team and provide expert legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters. This role is ideal for a motivated UAE National with a strong background in corporate law who thrives in a fast paced business driven environment. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the UAE. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents.
