A. Purpose and ScopeSlimming Head is responsible for service delivery, in house sales and optimal productivity of the Slimming Department under the general guidance of the Centre Manager/Area Technical Head along with the positions supervised.
B. Responsibilities and Duties
To ensure service excellence as per VLCC Protocol
To achieve slimming results via the highest standards of excellence maintaining customer satisfaction as the core
To ensure compliance in all SOPs & corporate policies related to Slimming Services
To regularly conduct quality audits for the centre to ensure that the SOP’s are being followed
To coach the slimming team post the audits in areas of opportunity.
To attend the Bi-weekly meetings facilitated by the ATH / Category Head
To closely monitor weight loss performance and ensure slimming team’s coordinated effort to improvesuccess rate
To ensure all slimming programs are executed within their respective validity periods.
To achieve OSR goals & to review monthly OSR targets versus achievement.
To share action plan to improve OSR with Center Head / ATH / Slimming Category Head
To ensure that VLCC slimming services reputation is maintained & trust reinforced with our customers.
To meet & counsel clients regularly, with special focus on clients who are not achieving planned weight loss.
To coordinate with ATH & provide support to client’s who are not achieving their goals.
To regularly conduct group counselling for plateau clients with ATH
To resolve escalated client issues and proactively target and reduce possibility of causes of complaints by customer
To ensure references from the current clients are regularly recorded.
To follow-up with VIP clients and those on break to minimize unexecuted packages
To ensure that all Fitness and Medical reviews are conducted as per guidelines/SOP.
To cross check appointment planners for maximum utilization of resource
To ensure required stock is maintained w.r.t. to slimming service execution like consumables etc.
To be proficient in VLCC’s software system (CLM system), its various processes, reports, and directives
To ensure that all executions are updated in CLM for the aligned centres / region.
To improve success rate by monitoring the appointment planner
To ensure that appointments are organized to maximize capacity utilization.
To ensure timely completion of zero session as per SOP, to preplan zero sessions.
To plan and execute in-house & outdoor events to keep clients motivated and come in regularly.
To prepare the duty roster of slimming team
To maintain hygiene and grooming of staff, cleanliness calibration & upkeep of appliances and the slimming section.
To maintain all records at Center (Daily Record Register, Slimming Cards, Client Monitoring Register, and Appointment Planner) and send necessary records to Corporate as and when required.
To escalate incorrect bookings / package sales to the Centre Manager and Area Technical Head
To ensure that biochemical parameters of medical clients along with lab reports are maintained.
