QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and large language models.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model deployment.
• Expertise working with Hugging Face models and tools.
• Solid knowledge of text embeddings, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Up-to-date with the latest advancements and research trends in AI, machine learning, and NLP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a AI Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in developing and deploying advanced AI systems. You will play a key role in building, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs) and other state-of-the-art transformer-based architectures to solve complex, real-world problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models and transformer-based architectures.
• Apply advanced prompting strategies to optimize model outputs.
• Deploy and integrate open-source LLMs from platforms such as Hugging Face to address specific business use cases.
• Develop and manage text embedding pipelines and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research, tools, and technologies, and proactively integrate them into our solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI systems.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability for production environments.
