Perform hourly checks on the defined critical processes to ensure quality consistency. Full time inspection focus on the assigned area covering 100% quality checks as per the established inspection checkpoints. Support in the conduct of in-process checks during the work in progress activity by production members. Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database. Identify issues related to quality, health and safety and environmental noncompliance and make the necessary report.
