Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Stakeholder Engagement Management Plan aligned with RTA guidelines. Coordinate approvals, NOCs, permits, and stakeholder agreements required for project delivery. Lead regular stakeholder meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions. Identify stakeholder risks, constraints, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies. Ensure timely communication of project updates, changes, and impacts to stakeholders. Maintain a detailed stakeholder register, communication logs, and approval trackers. Support the project team in resolving stakeholder-related issues, conflicts, and escalations.
