HEAD BARISTA

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Barista to lead our café operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional coffee skills, strong leadership qualities, and a creative flair for beverages. Expertise in crafting mocktails No alcoholic drinks - mixologist will be highly preferred, as we aim to offer a dynamic and innovative drinks menu.
• Proven experience as a barista (2+ years preferred).
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts.
