We are seeking a high-level Principal Consultant to define and direct the organization’s Operating Model, Policies, and AI-driven automation strategy. This is a senior, proposal-led role responsible for identifying inefficiencies and designing agentic AI solutions to transform how we work. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, you will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical development, ensuring that AI implementations result in measurable revenue growth or operational efficiency. Core Requirements Level: L4 (Definition, Direction, & Proposal). Location: Based onsite in Abu Dhabi (4–5 days per week). Experience: Significant experience in operational transformations and AI-driven automation. Must be able to speak from a background of experience in defining processes and ideally with successful automation deployments. Mindset: A strategic advisor capable of defining "what’s next" and overseeing the technical teams required to build it. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Operating Model: Propose and implement new operating models and corporate policies that leverage automation to drive scale. AI & Automation Leadership: Direct AI developers to capture business needs and create agentic AI solutions for process augmentation. Data Strategy & Governance: Identify critical data requirements; ensure business units are producing, storing, and sharing data correctly to feed AI models. Performance Architecture: Define KPIs and design high-level dashboards to depict the impact of initiatives. Lead developer teams in rapid prototyping of these dashboards (knowledge of Power BI desirable). Value Delivery: Ensure all digital transformation efforts result in clear, data-backed ROI across all departments.
