The role involves coordinating with project management, design teams, and various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of design deliverables in compliance with authority requirements. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the design team and regulatory authorities, ensuring smooth communication, proper documentation, and timely approvals Coordinate with project management and stakeholders to ensure design deliverables meet authority submission requirements. Manage the timely submission of Information NOC, Pre-Final Design NOC, Preliminary Design NOC, and Final Design NOC via the RTA E-NOC portal as per project requirements. Attend kick-off and coordination meetings to provide support to the design team during the NOC process. Ensure the design team delivers required documents in accordance with authority guidelines, standards, and specifications. Submit and follow up on Initial & Final Master Plans to DDA, Dubai Municipality, and Trakhees via online portals. Manage the submission of Sign-Off Sheets (SOS) to DEWA PTP, DEWA WTP, Du, Etisalat, DM, DCD, Dubai Police, Dubai Ambulance Services, and other relevant authorities, and follow up for approvals. Handle Building Permit submissions via Dubai-BPS. Coordinate with DDA for Final Design submissions or revisions. Monitor the progress of NOCs in process and ensure comments are forwarded to the concerned team promptly. Act as a liaison between authorities and the design team, arranging meetings as needed. Follow up with authorities to receive feedback, comments, and approvals within acceptable timeframes. Prepare and maintain an updated NOC & SOS tracker to ensure proper monitoring and reporting. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in NOC coordination, authority liaison, or a similar role. Familiarity with NOC portal, Dubai-BPS, and other authority submission platforms. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of authority guidelines, standards, and specifications (e.g., RTA, DDA, DM, DEWA, etc.). Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple submissions and follow-ups simultaneously. Proficiency in using online submission portals and tracking tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and authorities. Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
