JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction management processes. This role requires ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

SKILLS

• Proficient in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles including project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately.
• Experience with contracts management and negotiation processes within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of pipeline construction practices is a plus.

• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
• Review contracts and specifications to ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to guarantee quality control and compliance with blueprints and schematics.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.
• Implement OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.
• Assist in construction estimating and budgeting processes to ensure financial accountability.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
