JOB DESCRIPTION:

Al Mamzar Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Team Leader to manage and guide a team of real estate agents specializing in property leasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, proven leadership skills, and a results-driven approach.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a leasing agent or real estate professional in the UAE (at least 3–5 years).
• Prior leadership or team management experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and leasing laws.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Ability to lead by example and drive performance in a high-pressure environment.

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of leasing agents to achieve individual and team targets.
• Oversee the daily operations of the leasing team, including setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure all team members are following company procedures, CRM use, and compliance protocols.
• Assist team members in closing deals and handling high-profile clients when necessary.
• Coordinate with the marketing and listing teams to ensure proper promotion of available properties.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the UAE real estate market.
