JOB SUMMARY:

As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our high-rise building projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and working closely with project teams to deliver superior results.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry, with a strong focus on high-rise building projects.
• Contracting Experience: Proven experience working with contractors and subcontractors on large-scale construction projects.

SKILLS:

• Proficient in quality management systems, construction inspection methods, and industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with project stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
