We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all civil and structural works are executed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. The role involves overseeing inspections, monitoring contractor performance, and maintaining quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant QA/QC experience in civil construction.
• Knowledge of international and local construction codes and standards (e.g., ACI, ASTM, BS, IS).
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QA/QC documentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Implement and maintain the project’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
• Review and interpret civil and structural drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Perform daily site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Coordinate and witness tests on materials (concrete, soil, rebar, etc.) to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor work to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and documentation, including ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), checklists, and method statements.
• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain comprehensive quality records for audits and project handover.
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and third-party inspectors for quality-related matters.
• Conduct internal QA/QC audits and support external audits when required.
