We are looking for a Project Coordinator. The ideal applicant must have as strong background in project management within a construction industry related field. Must possess the ability to effectively manage assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner. Our teams manage multiple projects simultaneously so multi-tasking is essential. Each project has a firm deadline so the ability to complete tasks within that deadline is imperative.

Responsibilities
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft office Products, with strong Excel knowledge
  • Strong working knowledge in Adobe products
  • New customer/prospect set-up
  • New customer location (project) set-up
  • New vendor set-up
  • Job document processing and organization (Uploading files to Box network)
  • Estimate conversion to sales order
  • Product and shipment tracking (Obtain tracking, upload to record, and follow to ensure accurate delivery)
  • Installation calendar maintenance
  • Purchase order creation
  • Obtain and process completion documents from installers (May require use of customer specified portals)
  • Review and submit vendor invoices
  • Create and submit Customer Invoice(s) upon completion
  • Other support tasks as assigned by Supervisor
