Wells Fargo Auto is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within our Change Readiness Team to support Auto employees in managing and consuming change. This senior-level individual contributor will focus on writing and delivering internal communications, while also driving various communication initiatives and efforts. This is a hands-on role that requires close partnership across the business to understand communication goals and deliver effective messaging that aligns with policy, regulatory, and brand standards. The ideal candidate will have proven success in developing and continually refining messaging in the financial services or auto industry. Seeking someone with expert writing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow standards outlined in the Wells Fargo Writing guide. This person should be skilled at translating complex information into clear, concise, and engaging messages for internal audiences.

In this role, you will:

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
• Engage regularly with cross-functional stakeholders across Auto, including business, product, technology, originations and servicing teams, to gather insights and align on communication needs
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of readiness resources with cross functional business partners
• Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
