Perform remote or onsite troubleshooting of Windows or MAC systems

• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Must have at least 2 years of experience supporting Windows in a commercial environment
• Intermediate Level: Windows desktop OS skills (Windows 8.1/10/11)
• Intermediate Level: Windows Office application suite skills
• Intermediate Level: Apple MacOS skills
• Beginner-Intermediate Level: Windows (Server 2012/2016/2019/2022)
• Beginner-Intermediate Level: Network, UTM, Firewalls, Inter-intranet
• Intermediate Level: MSO365 and Google apps
• Must have or pass A+ exam within 6 months
• Must have good troubleshooting skills, ability to self manage and find solutions
• In-depth knowledge of information technology principles, network infrastructure, and server configurations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Experience with advanced troubleshooting tools and diagnostic techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
