ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Deli Clerk, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the deli department operates smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of deli products, including meats, cheeses, and prepared foods, while maintaining high standards of quality and freshness. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring that products are stocked and displayed attractively, and adhering to food safety regulations. Additionally, you will engage with customers, taking their orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the deli department and the satisfaction of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and slice deli meats and cheeses according to customer specifications.
