FAST GROWING DETAIL COMPANY LOOKING FOR ASSISTANT MANAGER

Our assistant manager will be held to the highest standards. Our company will only return vehicles with top of the line detailing & perfection. We hold our employees and business to a higher standard. This is not your average detaling company. You will be required to manage a team of people and take initiative.
Salary will be negotiable and based on experience.
Quarterly cash bonuses.
Required to work Saturdays.
Our ideal candidate would preferably have military experience.
Other requirements our assistant manager will need is:
1. Attention to detail.
2. Managerial skills.
3. Organizational skills.
4. Completing task in a timely manner.
5. Problem-solving.
6. Ability to work well with others.
7. Managing workflow of the crew.
8.Quality control of the product in detailing, making sure a standard is kept at an extremely high-level.
9. The ability to walk and be on your feet several hours a day.
10. Basic knowledge of a smart phone and application for the job.
11. critiquing and looking over the car before final QC.
12. Critical thinking skills.
Fridays and Saturdays are required for the first month. You will ALWAYS have Sundays off.
