• Lead the creation and implementation of innovative F&B concepts to meet and exceed market trends.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all venues.
• Manage vendor relationships and control procurement to maintain cost efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, and deliver on revenue and cost targets.
• Spearhead staff recruitment, training, and development programs to build a high-performing and motivated team.
