Key Responsibilities Support HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation. Coordinate and deliver L&D programs in line with organizational goals. Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain HR systems, records, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labour law, and HR standards. Partner with department heads to identify training needs and implement learning solutions.
