We are looking for skilled and dedicated Technicians to support MAKE’s team and members with their projects, ensuring the safe use of equipment, performing machine maintenance and carrying out general facilities upkeep. This role also involves managing materials, consumables inventory and maintaining cleanliness in the shop areas.

EDUCATION PROGRAMS:

• Support the execution and delivery of educational programs such as workshops, events, fellowships, and other related content.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum ITI / High School Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Relevant experience in a technical or manufacturing industry is preferred

EXPERIENCE:

• Must have experience using basic hand tools and power tools.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge of design software, 3D printing, woodworking and metalworking machines, welding, and CNC machining (G Code, M Code, tool path) is highly desired.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and determine effective solutions.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
