POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Junior Odoo Functional Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful adoption, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our Odoo ERP system. Working closely with our internal teams and implementation partners, you’ll act as a bridge between business users and the technical ERP environment, helping ensure system accuracy, usability, and effectiveness across all departments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems; prior exposure to Odoo (v14 or above) is preferred.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in business process optimization.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the ERP functional consultant role.
• Knowledge of retail or manufacturing operations is a plus.

• Assist in coordinating knowledge transfer and handover from the current Odoo implementation partner.
• Support in documenting, mapping, and understanding business processes across departments (retail, factory, finance, inventory, etc.).
• Help manage data migration tasks, system testing, and user training sessions.
• Serve as a point-of-contact for internal users needing functional support on Odoo modules.
• Identify, report, and follow up on bugs, errors, or required improvements post-Go-Live.
• Collaborate with department heads to align system functions with actual operational workflows.
• Support custom module testing, report generation, and UI enhancements in collaboration with developers.
• Stay updated with new features, best practices, and module upgrades in Odoo.
