Job Description You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees Good knowledge of our products Take responsibility for your designated section and station Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times Receiving and processing customers’ payments Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service Cleaning and sanitizing tables Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services NOTE: The Company reserves the right to amend this job description from time to time to accommodate the requirements of the business and the evolving nature of the role.
