No data project is the same and the team create and delivers solutions for wide-ranging issues and a varied customer base.

Project & Data Solutions delivers the right, cost-effective strategies and solutions for the following:

  • Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) projects
  • Auditing data, benefits and calculations
  • Bulk data rectification and benefit (re-)construction
  • Data cleansing and improving electronic data
  • Supervising the data workstreams for de-risking projects so data is an enabler rather than a barrier.

What can we offer you? As an industry leader, we offer a generous salary and an excellent benefits package including pension, life insurance, medical insurance, eye care voucher and flexible benefits including critical illness cover, dental cover and many other options. We provide a defined career path with varied career opportunities as part of a dynamic team, encouraging and supporting our colleagues to tailor their roles to match their passions, strengths and aspirations.
At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution. We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and so we encourage requests for all types of flexible working as well as location-based arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter to discuss more.
