We are seeking an AI Engineer who is excited to make a difference by developing and deploying smart AI solutions that enhance our platform’s engagement and communication capabilities.

• Develop AI Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of generative AI systems that integrate seamlessly into client teams, acting as additional collaborative members. These AI-driven tools will not only perform tasks but actively contribute to team projects, offering insights and innovations that amplify the human creativity and productivity of client’s teams.
• Enhance Language Model Features: Innovate and integrate sophisticated content generation and agent-based workflow technologies to expand client engagement capabilities. By treating AI as an active collaborator, these models provide dynamic inputs that help clients explore new, creative ways to interact with their audiences.
• Streamline Workflows: Design intelligent processes that boost client productivity by 10x, simplifying operations while ensuring that AI tools enhance strategic agility and foster a collaborative environment between AI systems and human decision-makers.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Engage with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to deliver intelligent, comprehensive services. Treat AI models as integral team members that provide data-driven insights and support innovation within cross-functional teams.
• Balance Innovation and Scalability: Develop forward-thinking features while maintaining system consistency and scalability.
