ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Manager of Educational Excellence, you will lead a team that provides expert advice and support to education and training delivery teams. The role focuses on promoting high-quality, innovative teaching practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to drive excellence in learning and delivery outcomes.
This role is preferably based at one of the 20 faculty delivery locations listed below; however, location is negotiable for the right candidate.
Faculty delivery locations: Ultimo, Ryde, Design Centre Enmore, Nepean, Newcastle, Hamilton, Wollongong, Campbelltown, Tamworth, St Leonards, Wollongbar, Mt Druitt, Lidcombe, Granville, Kingscliff, Liverpool, Dubbo, Sutherland, Port Macquarie, and Hunter Street.
You may be required to travel as a part of this role.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:
- Degree qualification in related field and high level of Vocational Education and Training (VET) experience and significant industry experience.
- Excellent understanding of Australian Skills Quality Authority Standards (ASQA) and Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency (TEQSA) standards compliance.
- Experience in leading the delivery of focused and customer-centric quality services in a dynamic and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated high-level negotiation and influencing skills across a broad range of client groups with diverse interests.
