Clinical Education is entering an exciting phase of development in an ever changing and evolving environment. This role has the ability to shape the future careers of ambulance service staff as well as promoting the highest standard of education delivery for the Trust.
This is an important role in the delivery of the clinical education strategy. The post holder will perform a key role in the clinical and professional development of staff whilst promoting best clinical practice across the range of ambulance duties. The role will also involve aspects of operational support in front-line duties, working with learners on a range of programmes and other staff. The successful applicant will be expected to use highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to develop, support and motivate individuals and groups within the learning environment.
An ability to develop and maintain excellent inter-professional partnership working with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally will be required in this role. There is a requirement for the applicant to be educated to graduate level or possess a similar standard of knowledge, skills and experience and be a HCPC registered paramedic who has completed preceptorship.
