The Personal Assistant will manage both business and personal responsibilities, ensuring the CEO's schedule, communications, projects, and day-to-day priorities are executed seamlessly. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. A background in healthcare, medical administration, executive concierge services, or high-touch client support is highly preferred, as the role requires coordination of personal appointments, confidential medical information, and interactions with healthcare providers. This position requires regular work from the CEO's residence, which serves as one of the primary work locations, as well as time at the Company's corporate office in Cranston, Rhode Island. Essential Responsibilities Executive Support Manage the CEO's complex business and personal calendar, ensuring priorities are coordinated efficiently. Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and itineraries. Screen calls, emails, and correspondence while exercising sound judgment regarding priorities and responses. Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and follow-up action items. Track deadlines, commitments, and ongoing projects to ensure timely completion. Serve as a professional liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders. Personal Assistance Coordinate personal appointments, including medical, wellness, and family-related scheduling. Communicate with healthcare providers, specialists, pharmacies, and other service providers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
