This position works Monday-Thursday 1:45pm-11:45pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs routine maintenance checks on all equipment and follows preventative maintenance procedures Ensures we are following proper procedures in regards to safety and OSHA regulations; administers lock-out tag-out procedures on any unsafe equipment that is in need of repairs Supports the installation, development and startup of new processes Properly documents procedures and maintain maintenance records Maintain inventory and good repair of all assigned tools and equipment Communicate essential information regarding incomplete repairs at shift change Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
