Description Yeh and Associates, Inc., Construction Services Department is looking for experienced Materials Technicians to assist professional engineers, construction managers, and/or geologists in the practical application of engineering, scientific processes and techniques on a variety of construction and geotechnical engineering projects. You will obtain soil, concrete, and asphalt samples from various sources following standard procedures for specific testing to evaluate whether the materials are suitable for the intended use then test them in the field for compliance with project specifications. Experienced Materials Technicians will represent the owner/client to verify that the contractor is performing quality work in accordance with project plans. A friendly demeaner and desire to work together as a team to accomplish a common goal are a must.
