Pipe Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and replace residential piping systems including water (e.g., copper, PEX), drain, waste, and gas lines, ensuring leak-free connections and proper venting. Fixture Installation: Install new sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, dishwashers, and other plumbing fixtures during remodels or replacements. Drain Maintenance: Assist with clearing clogs in sinks, toilets, and main lines using basic plumbing tools, and recommend advanced drain services as needed. Code Compliance: Strictly adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards. Secure necessary permits and coordinate inspections. Water Quality: Install and service water conditioning equipment, such as water softeners and filtration systems. Customer Experience: Clearly communicate the diagnosis, required scope of work, repair options, and costs to homeowners. Ensure the work area is left clean and tidy upon completion. Documentation: Accurately complete work orders, invoices, material logs, and time records using company-provided technology.
