WAT GA JE DOEN ALS TEAMLEIDER PRE-ANALYSE KCHL?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en ontwikkeling van de pre-analytische processen binnen het KCHL. Je weet mensen in beweging te krijgen en zet samen met je team concrete stappen vooruit. Dit ga je doen:

  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer vijftien collega’s aan. Je ondersteunt hen in hun werk en ontwikkeling, door goed te luisteren, mee te denken en te coachen.
  • Je zet mensen en middelen zo in dat processen efficiënt en met een duidelijk doel verlopen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere teamleiders en het organisatorisch hoofd. Jullie stemmen af, delen ideeën en werken aan gezamenlijke doelen.
  • Je kijkt met een frisse blik naar hoe het nu gaat en denkt mee over hoe het beter kan. Je werkt mee aan het ontwerpen en verbeteren van werkprocessen, binnen je eigen afdeling én samen met andere teams.
  • Je leidt kleinere projecten en draagt actief bij aan grotere afdelings-overstijgende projecten.
  • Je bouwt aan goede relaties, binnen het ETZ en daarbuiten. Je deelt kennis en haalt ideeën op om het werk slimmer of beter te organiseren.
