This position provides account management for key clients in line with agreed contracts and KPIs to provide strategic, unbiased, and objective advisory services that assist clients in improving recruitment processes, productivity, and overall performance. Qualifications & Skills One year of account management experience, preferably in the Staffing, Recruitment, and/or RPO domain. Alternatively, 3-5 years experience in a broader CSM role, ideally working with technology based solutions. Driven to exceed expectations on growth and satisfaction targets. Highly proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM system. Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. High-level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage. High-level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems.
