The VP FP&A will play a critical role in shaping business decisions through data-driven insights, strategic modeling, and financial leadership, ensuring the organization achieves both short-term objectives and long-term growth goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Drive the overall FP&A vision, aligning financial strategies with company goals and ensuring consistent execution across global business units. Enterprise Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual, quarterly and multi-year forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and operational priorities. Performance Management: Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial dashboards to monitor organizational performance, providing real-time insights to the executive team.
