We are a busy pizzeria located in Betws-y-Coed. This year, we have expanded our opening hours to serve breakfast from 8:30am until pizza service begins at 12pm.
We are looking for a breakfast cook/kitchen assistant to join our established kitchen team. Previous kitchen experience would be preferred, however full training will be given to the successful candidate to continue our high standard of food service.
Duties include, efficiently completing breakfast orders to a high standard, carrying out food preparation for the day ahead, monitoring stock and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Successful candidates must be honest, reliable, flexible, able to work in a fast paced environment and able to step up a gear at busy times.
This is a full-time, permanent position:
- 5 days a week
- 8am-3pm shifts
- Weekend availability is essential.
Due to the working hours and the infrequency of public transport in our rural location, a candidate with a driver’s licence is preferable. It is essential for the role that you can reliably commute to Betws-y-Coed.
Training may also include front of house duties so that staff are multi skilled.
A Basic Food Hygiene certificate would also be desirable but full support will be available for the successful candidate to complete the certificate.
We have built up a very good reputation in the area for a high standard of service and are looking for someone to join our team that will take pride in their work. We also raise money and awareness of ape conservation, with a percentage from each pizza sold going to two of our chosen ape charities.
