F&B SUPERVISOR

Hotel Arena is op zoek naar een (fulltime) F&B Supervisor! We zijn een monumentaal, intiem, viersterrenhotel in het mooiste park van Amsterdam, het Oosterpark. Verbonden door de liefde voor kunst, design, muziek, reizen, fotografie en lekker eten, is Hotel Arena de plek waar mensen elkaar vinden, inspireren en verrijken.
Onze food & beverage afdeling heeft 2 hoofdtaken, aan de ene kant de gasten in het restaurant een fijne middag of avond bezorgen door attente en persoonlijke bediening. Aan de andere kant verzorgen we evenementen in de kapel en onze 6 studio’s
Als F&B Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operatie in ons café-restaurant tijdens jouw ingedeelde shift. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel gasten als jouw F&B collega’s! Een goede teamspirit is belangrijk voor jou, door je spontane en natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten coach en motiveer je gedurende je dienst het bedieningsteam en werk je nauw samen met het keukenteam.
Je gaat een uitdaging niet uit de weg, houd je bezig met het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers en bent verantwoordelijk voor de (financiële) afhandeling van je shift. Bij voorkeur geven we iedere supervisor ook de verantwoordelijkheid voor een deelgebied binnen F&B zoals barista, wijnkennis, roosters maken e.d. Aan dynamiek dus geen gebrek!
