Our award-winning work-life balance is the result of a strong team commitment and industry leading collaboration.  Your role as Maintenance Supervisor is critical to AL’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Property and Regional Manager.  Maintenance Supervisors are eligible for bonuses of up $1,000 based on make ready status and work order completion!
