How you'll help us achieve it We’re looking for a Facilities Officer who loves getting into the details to effectively get things done. You will oversee and maintain Wave's buildings, operational areas, parking areas, and specialized equipment. You will also be required to coordinate with third-party service providers that Wave uses to maintain its property. In this role, you'll; Maintain clean, tidy, and well-organized office environments. Ensure general upkeep of facilities, buildings, and equipment. Manage room bookings for meetings and training sessions. Support office efficiency through layout planning, equipment procurement, moves, expansions, or reconfigurations. Coordinate and track maintenance work orders. Supervise a team of contractors (cleaning, landscaping, painting, repairs). Address building, connectivity, and maintenance issues in offices and housing. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds. Make sure assets and buildings comply with local regulations and safety standards. Follow up on utility bill payments (electricity, water, internet, etc.). Be in charge of managing inventories and vendor relationships. Guarantee service continuity and cost control. Take care of arranging international travel. Organize internal events, meetings, and office lunches. Bring your support to the HR & Facilities Lead on all facility-related logistics.
