You will conduct functional and technical product training using various delivery methods (Face to face, Zoom, Telephone & via Remote desktop). You will be required to liaise and communicate with internal resolver groups and collaborators where required and have a demeanor that will enable you to analyze and prioritize issues at hand and bring up issues when the need arises. There is an optional on-call component committed to this role.
