What You'll Do (Responsibilities) * Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applications * Load/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks * Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventory * Package parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure that the parts are fully protected and compliant to customer specifications * Maintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures using the company’s network drive and applications * Pull parts from specific locations within the warehouse and stage them in areas for preparation of shipments * Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods * Validate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed or cycle counted via appropriate computer program * Weigh, count and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standards * Assist in counting, tarping and movement of physical inventory * Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed * Maintain quality service by following organization standards * Other duties as assigned What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills): * A high school diploma or GED preferred * No prior experience is required; on-the-job training provided * Eager to learn and follow instructions with strong attention to detail * Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Basic verbal and written communication skills to report issues and follow directives  * Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and warehouse procedures under supervision Special Requirements: * U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.  * ITAR requirement * 120.15.
