A strong emphasis will be on promoting and improving the companies “Safety leading measures” • Collaborate with internal and external management to develop, prepare, and implement environmental, safety and security policies and procedures. • Identify opportunities to eliminate workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems. • Development of Method of Procedure (MOP), Site specific safety plans, critical activity plans and work permits. • Conduct investigations into employee or sub-contractor injuries, motor vehicle accidents, spills, discharges, theft, vandalism, property damages and develop written reports to document, including root cause analysis. • As directed by the Corporate Safety & Risk Manager conduct safety & compliance training for supervisors & field employees. • Provide comprehensive written reports to document site visits, activities and incidents as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned.
