Description Weymouth Club, Energy Center - is currently seeking individuals to work on the Energy Center Floor. The ideal candidate is high-energy, responsible, outgoing and has a love of children. This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience within the childcare industry. Time Commitment: This is a part-time position, approximately 7-10 hours per week, afternoons and weekend availability necessary. Hours/days available are Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-7pm or 7:30pm depending on the day. Saturday and/or Sunday 8:00am-1pm. We ask you to have at least 2 days you are available per/week. Skills/Qualifications: Previous work experience with children is preferable but not mandatory. Enthusiastic, positive, fun attitude a must. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask with people of all ages. Must have flexible schedule. Must have reliable transportation to travel to/from Weymouth Club. Responsibilities: Engaging children while they are in the Energy Center (children range in age from 2 months-12 years old) Greeting both parents and children as they arrive Keeping space clean and safe If not available for scheduled shift, find own coverage for that shift Arrive on time to schedule shifts and with a positive attitude Assist other staff and Managers with cleaning and organizing childcare center at the end of every shift.
