MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, revenue, and AR accounting

• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks

The ARC Accounting Manager is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of revenue and accounts receivable accounting across McKesson’s business units. The ideal candidate will have strong US GAAP knowledge, deep expertise in AR reserve accounting, and proven experience managing month-end close in complex environments.
This role leads core accounting operations, drives process improvements, supports internal controls, and manages a high-performing team of offshore resources. Responsibilities include applying accounting principles to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, evaluating procedures and controls, and identifying improvement opportunities in support of the Accounting, Reporting, and Compliance (ARC) team.
